Notes for John Wesley LOWERY

He & Elizabeth sold 40 acres (more or less) in Attala Co MS on 22 Sept 1852, don't know when he bought it. On 18 Nov 1858 John W sold to his sons Marion J & Moses S land in Limestone Co TX Book 140-296 & Book 140-295, then on 27 June 1860 he bought from Marion J Book 139-540.
There is no proof that all the children listed belong to John. Limestone Co TX deed give proof on MSP & Marion J. Descendents of Malissa & John H give him as their Dad. James C was living in Attala Co MS same time as John. All these wind up in Limestone Co & live close together.
