Buried Whitefield Cemetery
He was a farmer & winner in the GA 1807 land lottery, drew lot #287 in the 24th district of Wilkinson Co, did not accept it. Certificate # 276. He bought 80 acres in Pickens Co AL 1826. He bought 40 acres on 18 Oct 1845 (Book 3-209) in Oktibbeha Co MS, he bought more land on 15 Feb 1853 (Book 10-498, he was in Fayette Co AL). Then on 28 Mar 1853 he & wife Susannah along with John W & wife Martha, sell their 1/2 interest in a sawmill known as LOWERY'S Mill (Book 10-535)
Had land in Fayette Co AL. Don't have deeds, just copies from the BLM website. Bought 80 acres in section 24, TS 17S, range 13W on 28 May 1824, then another 80 acres on 1 Dec 1826 in section 26, TS 17S, rangae 13W
Farmersville TX 75031, also personal visit to cemetery.
